2022 Future Perfect Pinot Noir
Future Perfect Winery is headed up by winemaker Sunny Doench Stricker. Sunny has great instincts and seeks to make approachable, low-alcohol, and well-crafted wines. She uses only neutral oak barrels and stainless steel. She makes a variety of wines from a bright fresh riesling, to a porch pounder rose of grenache, and even a spicy Syrah.
This wine is 100% Pinot Noir from Our Lady of Guadalupe Vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills. Expect aromas of fruit punch, sagebrush, and cracked pepper on the nose. The complex palate has a fun spicy pepper that highlights the crisp pomegranate and cherry flavors.
