Henri Champliau is a family-owned sparkling wine producer in Mercurey, located in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise region of Burgundy. Alexandre Graffard founded the company, named after his grandfather, in 2016
Crémant de Bourgogne Brut is produced with Pinot Noir and a small percentage of Chardonnay, vinified separately in small lots before assemblage and 15 months of aging sur lee.
Tasting Notes: Intense citrus, peach, custard apple and toasted brioche aromas with a lush, creamy textured mousse and a mouthwateringly vibrant acidity. Long, crisp, zesty and luxurious.
