Valdo Cuvée 1926 Prosecco
Valdo is the oldest winery of Prosecco in the coveted Valdobbiadene region, founded in 1926. This is a DOCG Prosecco made from 90% Glera grapes (the prosecco grape) and 10% Chardonnay.
A tribute to the year they first started this prosecco is something special. While made in the same Charmat or Tank method as other Proseccos, this wine has a richness and complexity to it that cried out for more than just mimosas. Expect flavors of grapefruit, white peach, apple, pineapple, floral notes and citrus rind.
