Marqués de Cáceres Brut Cava
Sourced from 25+ year old vines in the Penedés region of southern Spain this wine is a blend of 3 native Spanish grapes. Cava is made in the same method as Champagne but typically costs only a fraction of the price.
This wine is full of fine bubbles with notes of brioche, apple, and white flowers. It's a very dry, balanced, refreshing sparkling wine.
