2021 Sandhi Central Coast Chardonnay
Sandhi is a small production winery focusing on the vineyards of Sta. Rita Hills founded by Raj Parr and winemaker Sashi Moorman.
Their Central Coast Chardonnay is a blend of different vineyards from around the area and is a delicious extremely balanced Chardonnay. This wine went through 100% malolactic fermentation so it has a richer, creamy feel to it. But then it was aged in 70% Stainless Steel and 30% neutral oak so it retains a lot of it's bright citrus notes and clean acidity on this finish.
