Henriot Brut Souverain Champagne is a champagne fit for kings. Literally, Henriot was appointed the official Champagne supplier to the courts of the king of Holland.
Founded in 1808 Henriot has been family owned for 9 generations and is currently helmed by a woman winemaker. Mason Henriot was created by Appeline Henriot and with this blend specifically she strived to illustrate the terroir of her region.
A blend of the three traditional Champagne grapes, 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier the Brut Souverain is also a multi-vintage, multi-cru blend. This is a beautiful champagne with notes of lemon cake, chalk, stone fruit and ripe red fruits.
